Perhaps the most beautiful hike of all the Water Walks, Trail 2 begins at Symposion in Megalochori. The former winery is in the works to become an interactive art space with rotating artists and musicians. Upon leaving Megalochori, hikers can begin a more natural portion of the hike, climbing down the steep inner slope of the volcano through a variety of geologic features. The hike ends at the base of the caldera – the most perfect swim spot!
